The IQAC initiated the following practices for institutionalizing the quality assurance strategies and processes:
The implementation of modern technology in the Institute’s administrative functioning through ICT and Automation of admission, up-gradation of Wi-Fi and LAN facilities, have significantly contributed to an enhanced quality of teaching-learning experience.
A transport committee is constituted to make all stake holders aware about road safety through workshops and seminars and implemented certain rules and regulations within the campus.
Introduced LMS and MIS system.
Repaired existing Computers, Servers and other ICT related items.
Installed One Virtual Board
Installed 6 number of Solar Lights in the main Campus and 5 number in the Hostel Campus.
Installed a 2KW Solar Energy Plant in the main College Campus.
Started a garden of Medicinal Plants in the 3rd Campus of the college.
Introduced free Group Insurance for the First Year Student through the Welfare Society of the college.
Constructed a Basket ball court in the main campus.
IQAC initiated for signing MoUs with other institutions and Industry Partners for student Exchange/ teacher exchange and Internship.
Conducted one International Seminar in virtual mode on “Impacts & Consequences of Environmental Degradation on Animal Health and Human Wellbeing” and published the conference Proceedings.
IQAC conducted 51 number of Webinars/Workshops during Covid-19 pandemic.
IQAC conducted one FDP on IPR.
Prepared and submitted Institutional Development Plan (IDP) to Govt. of Assam for the implementation of NEP2020.
